My 365...
Is it Friday yet? I am ready for a nice, quiet, long, stress free weekend. This has been a really long day...but a good day.
Hubby Jack went into the hospital for angioplasty, and stent placement on his right leg this morning, and it was a success! Hopefully no more surgical procedures for him. And hopefully all the pain in his legs is gone forever. Thank God for all the awesome doctors and surgeons who have been taking care of him. And thank God for modern medicine and technology, so that the blood flow can be improved to his legs and feet.
After daddy was home safely, I had to take Casey to see another oral surgeon. The oral surgeon who is repairing Casey's jaws, does not remove wisdom teeth. Casey's wisdom teeth have to be removed before jaw surgery, so he had to refer us to an oral surgeon who can remove them. We really liked the surgeon we met this afternoon. Casey will be having all four wisdom teeth removed as soon as all the insurance pre-authorization is completed with surgeon number two, then after an 8 week recovery time, he will go in for upper and lower jaw surgery with surgeon number one.
Casey is so ready for this journey to be behind him. He has been through so much already with the palate expander and braces. This is one of those times when I wish I could wave my "magic mama wand" and fix everything with no pain included. Casey is very strong though...he can do this.
Thank you to all my family and friends for the love, support, thoughts and prayers as we travel over all of these bumps in the road. We sincerely love and appreciate you. :)
