My 365...

Happy day two of September.  It was a beautiful day in Boise today, and finally a pretty "smoke-free" day as well.  We decided to take a ride to the Aquarium, then stop by a local park for some fun.

For dinner I made a healthy chicken, watermelon and spinach salad with some tortilla chips on the side.  Very tasty and very healthy.

We had a great day, got in lots of family time and exercise.  All in all a perfect Sunday!

***Pause...give me 8 sit ups*** <---don't worry planet, that is for me.  I want to see how many I can do by the end of the month.  :)

Total ride today...9.34 miles.
