Mommy plus Five

My 365...

Arguing with a teenager is an exercise in futility.  I have been after Casey for a month to clean his desk.

"I will mom"...then nothing.  Day after day, day in...day out...nothing.

Today I gave him a final warning...

"Son, I insist you clean your desk today."

Casey..."Blah...blah...blah...blah..."

"Okay then, I will unplug your computer until it is cleaned."  I then reach over and unplug.

"OMG mom you did not just do that, I was in the middle of something!!"

Ten minutes later as I walk by his desk and spy no progress."  "Unplug"  "Mom!!!!"  (teeheeee)

This is kind of fun!  :)

Fifteen minutes later....nothing.  "Unplug"  "Mom!!!!"

Twenty minutes later...still nothing.  "Unplug"  "Argh!!!!!!"

"I am sorry son, did you say something to me?"

Get the point?  He did.  :)
