It was a perfect day for carving pumpkins. :)

For dinner I made some home made beans and chicken flautas. There was not enough pumpkin meat in the pumpkins to make the empanadas tonight, so I will have to buy some canned pumpkin tomorrow and make them after my visit to the Idaho State Penitentiary.
I am so excited about that outing!
