My 365...

These beautiful acupressure therapy balls were a gift from my son years ago.  If I am feeling any stress, I place them in one hand and spin them around.  It really works to relax me.

This morning I woke up feeling the weight of the world on my shoulders, and I realized that the only reason it is there is because I put it there.  I was not placed on this earth to carry the burdens of the world, so why do I constantly feel that I have to?  The truth is...I do not.

The most amazing thing happened just at that moment...I let it go.  I released it.  When my feet hit the floor for the first time, I felt lighter.  What an amazing feeling that was.  So I say to myself "no more!"  Everyone chooses their life and how they wish to live it.  That is every one's right.  If the path they select leads to huge disaster and disappointment, it is up the them to fix that...not me.

Today I start my life for me!  There is so much in my immediate world that makes me happy and that I am so proud of.  It is my duty to spend all my time and energy on myself and MY world.  That is the way life was intended.  Do the very best with what we were given.

This Symbol(Yin-Yang) represents the ancient Chinese understanding of how things work. The outer circle represents "everything", while the black and white shapes within the circle represent the interaction of two energies, called "yin" (black) and "yang" (white), which cause everything to happen. They are not completely black or white, just as things in life are not completely black or white, and they cannot exist without each other.
While "yin" would be dark, passive, downward, cold, contracting, and weak, "yang" would be bright, active, upward, hot, expanding, and strong. The shape of the yin and yang sections of the symbol, actually gives you a sense of the continual movement of these two energies, yin to yang and yang to yin, causing everything to happen: just as things expand and contract, and temperature changes from hot to cold.

Deep cleansing breath ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~  amazing.  :)

Until next time....
