Good-Bye to June.
This has been a good month. We had some highs, and we had some lows, but all in all, we were very blessed this month.
The weather was mild, which was awesome. In Idaho, we deal with real heat maybe 8 weeks out of the year, then the rest of the year is amazing. However, that is a secret...don't tell anyone. Shhhhh....
We all made it through the month in one piece, right Casey? lol :) Actually, it is mom who is happy to have made it through the month in one piece. My health has not been the most predictable, but I am managing to continue to kick butt one way or another. Way to go mama! *\o/*
Welcome to July! We are looking forward to a great month. Not too hot okay Mother Nature? Thank you dear. :)

Hello Dear Family,
The day was too perfect not to ride today. Not a cloud in the sky, and a breezy 78°f. I was a little worried about riding after the past few weeks of health issues, but daddy was off today and agreed to ride with us. It was a not a long ride, just over 7 miles, but a good ride. We went to Clock Tower pond so Blake could go swimming. The air was so fresh a clear today. We had an amazing time.
My body did pretty good. The last mile, hike up the bench pushing my bike, was a little scary...but we stopped and rested along the way. To be honest, I am really frustrated with my body right now. It is a little depressing that I have worked so hard to get in shape, but my heart keeps throwing a tantrum like a spoiled child. This time last year, that little hike was a piece of cake for me! I am not ready to give up just yet. Daddy thinks I need to get a better bike, so maybe we will do that in the coming weeks. Get everyone a new ride. Maybe gears will be easier for me.
Growing old is awesome, but it can be a little frustrating too. At least I am doing all the right things, Eating healthy, getting plenty of rest and exercise, and keeping stress levels low. I will get back to where I was last summer with my stamina. At least my joints are behaving. Thank God for that small miracle.
We truly enjoyed our afternoon. Daddy and Blake had a good swim, and it felt like awesome family time once again. This makes my stubborn heart very happy. :)

Hello Dear Family,
Another weekend is here. Seems like just yesterday, I was just posting how happy I was that it was the weekend? This week flashed by so fast. When it is summertime, every day feels like the weekend.
No particular plans for us over the next two days. The weather is supposed to be gorgeous, and daddy is off this weekend, so maybe we can finally take some long bike rides. Maybe a picnic or two in the park. I hope so. My cameras need some seriously fresh input. :)
