"Oh mama, tell me my boy will be home soon?"
"I miss him so when he is gone. *sigh*"

My 365...
Happy Friday Interwebs. :)
The boys will be home today and I am so excited! They have spent the past two days with their daddy, and I always miss them when they are gone.
To surprise them when they get home, I have cleaned and re-arranged both of their rooms, and reupholstered a desk chair for Casey. I know they will be thrilled. I love doing little things for them because every day they do so many things for mom. I could not ask for more amazing sons.
Last night Garrett called me around midnight, he and Kori were out shopping and wanted to know if they could stop by for a visit. It was great seeing both of them. We enjoyed some cake and some laughs and talking about our favorite subject...dogs! Supra was not with them as he is feeling a little under the weather. Poor dear. :(
I do love them so much. Garrett is always checking in on mama to make sure everything is okay in my world. Thank you son...you are the best!
Blake picked this little flower for me before he left, and there it sits. It has only wilted a tiny little bit, but it still looks beautiful. I am sure he will bring me a fresh one when he gets home. :)

Life is good!
There are two reasons I blog, one is to have a place to post all the photos I have taken, and two, because I love speaking my mind and my heart and the blog is the perfect venue to do that. Writing is freedom. If you have somewhere to release all the things that you have in your mind and in your heart, it can be very uplifting and takes the pressure and the sadness and puts them in a new perspective. I love that.

Just sitting and waiting...and waiting and sitting. The boys are out today and these little friends are so bored. They are not quite sure what to do with themselves when their boys are not home.
Don't worry puppers, your boys will be home tomorrow. :)

Nature knows how it works.I know two people, a son and a daughter. These two people are the most creative, loving, brilliant people I know and love. But rather than grab life by the horns, let their creativity and brilliance shine, they continue to exist at the bottom of a sad, dark, hidden cave where all the spineless worms thrive. They have to hide from those who love them. They are happy just existing in a world where honesty and integrity do not exist. They are settling for that darkness rather than reaching to their greatest potential and letting the people who "truly" and sincerely love them give them a hand out of the darkness. Not allowing these people to place them squarely on their feet in the brightest lights that can shine. Why is it so much easier to give up?
It is never too late to let your inner rose shine. With love comes forgiveness and freedom. With hate comes deceit and a false support system that will let you fall and not give you a second look.
For my children and for those I love, I will be that rusty fence, I will be those thorns I will hold you up as high as my arms can reach and celebrate the beauty and mystery that is you. I won't encourage hate, anger and bitterness. I will show you love and honesty until the day I die.

"Oh Dozer, what is that delicious smell?"
"Smells like mama is making some pancakes and sausage for Blake. Lilly, chill!"
"Am I chilling okay Dozer?"

Pancadillas! It is what's for Brunch!
This past Christmas, Brandon gave me a Quesadilla maker and I have gotten more use out of this little appliance than any other one in the kitchen.
Blake wanted pancakes for Brunch today, so this is what I did.
Added some mini sausages to the Quesadilla maker...
Mix a small box of Jiffy Blueberry Mix and pour over the top...
