October 31, 2015 - Happy Halloween!

Happy Halloween!

Brandon, Amber and my precious grandbabies came to visit and to pick uncle Blake up to join them for Trick-o-Treating. Just as they do every year, Brandon and Amber go all out and create the coolest costumes. They are the most amazing mommy and daddy.

Tonight we had a Mandroid (custom creation by Brandon), a beautiful Kitty Amber, a soldier Blake, a ninja Cooper, and an adorable bucket-head-Tinkerbell Penny. Yes, Penny insisted on wearing her bucket on her head, and Cooper added some paper rolls to his most epic ninja suit. And they had a splendid evening because they are splendid...indeed.

Custom Mandroid costume created by Brandon. :)
Handsome soldier Blake.
Amazing ninja!

Precious Tinkerbell.
Mama kitty on a conference call.
Chicken nugget break.
Of course you can wear your bucket on your head sweetheart, it is your night!
A successful night of Trick-o-Treating fun!

Blake's candy haul.  I am not certain, but I think Blake might be a little OCD.  Then I noticed in the picture that a Butterfinger is upside down!  I think I might be the one who is a little OCD.  But then Blake demanded that I retake the picture.  LOL :)

The last five years of Halloween fun...

I do have the most amazing family.  :)

Until next time...enjoy life, and be kind to one another.

Peace.

October 28, 2015 - Family Time Is The Best Time. :)

Have you ever smiled so much that your cheeks hurt?  Or laughed so hard that your tummy feels like it has just experienced the roller coaster ride of a lifetime?  That is how I feel tonight.  I think I can say with absolute certainty, that this evening was one of the very best days of my life. I had the pleasure of enjoying the company of all of my family together.  My daughter-in-law Amber invited us to the Farmstead Corn Maze and Pumpkin Festival, in Meridian Idaho.  The best part of all, I was able to coordinate every one's schedule, and we all went together.  Jack was off from work, Garrett and his girlfriend Genevieve, Casey and his girlfriend Brianna, Brandon, Amber and my precious grandchildren Cooper and Penny, and of course Blake.  All of us together to enjoy each other's company, and a chilly Autumn evening.  And enjoy each other's company we did!  We truly had an amazing time.  It was awesome!

I have never felt so happy...and so blessed.  *love*

Grandpa Jack, and I...grandma Veronica.  Goodness, I love this man.  <3

Son Garrett and his lovely girlfriend Genevieve.  She is one of the sweetest, most genuine people I have ever met.  Love them!
Son Brandon, and my amazing daughter-in-law Amber.  I love these two with all my heart. Two truly remarkable human beings.  <3

Son Casey, and his love Brianna.  They are just beginning their great adventure in life, and have a sweet baby on the way due next Spring.  They are both so happy, and I am happy for them.  <3
And this kid!  Youngest son Blake, and the love of my life. He can be such a stinker, but life has been so amazing since he came along.  :)
 My precious granddaughter Penny.
Genevieve brought some Halloween baskets full of goodies for Cooper and Penny.  So sweet!
Tinkerbell has arrived!  Let the festivities begin!
My adorable grandson Cooper.  Dressed as the coolest ninja on the planet.  The coolest Ninja with the most amazing smile. :)

 Daddy in training!

"Daddy, I know I am Tinkerbell, but I really don't feel like flying right now!"
 Daddy makes everything all better.

 I love this face!
I discovered this tiny abandoned pink shoe next to the game that Casey and Brianna were playing.
I told them it was an omen...the baby is going to be a girl!  Note the look on Casey's face...lol

Only son Brandon could rock a pair of Tinkerbell wings, and still look fierce!

Genevieve, teaching Casey and grandpa Jack how to rope a cow.

 Still smiling!

"Look uncle Garrett, I slayed the dragon!"
You are never too old, or too cool...
 ...to ride the cow train.

Penny with her beautiful mommy Amber.
 Daddy and the boys.

"Come on dad, mom said you knew how to dance!"
Grandpa Jack, guarding the ninja swords and the Tinkerbell wings.

"Come on mommy, let me teach you how to fly!"
"Did you say that I could blast this pumpkin out of this canon?  Dude, I am in!"
Smile Amber!  LOL, I love the many faces of Amber.  :P

Grandpa still guarding the ninja swords and the Tinkerbell wings.

Follow the lady with the ninja swords!

Cooper leading us safely out of the corn maze.

 The End.  :)

Until next time...enjoy life, and be kind to one another.

Peace.
